Why haven't I received a response to my enquiry/application?

PetRescue supports hundreds of independent rescue groups, shelters and pounds, most of whom are small volunteer-run organisations, so the application process can sometimes take time.

We would certainly expect every group to get back to you, so if you have still not received a response from your enquires in a week, please fill out our contact form with all the relevant information on the pet and rescue group for us to follow it up. (Each pet listed has the name and contact details of the group caring for them at the bottom of their profile information).
