About Bounty
Bounty is an incredibly sweet and gentle girl who was found wandering the streets. She has had some walking problems, which were revealed to be arthritis in her hips. Despite this, she is in very good health and is responding well to treatments such as Beranza injections, Zydax injections and acupuncture. These treatments have allowed Bounty to walk on a loose lead, jump in and out of the car with ease and enjoy her baths.
Bounty has just had a tumour removed from her adrenal gland which was causing low potassium levels. She is doing so well post-surgery but would do even better away from a shelter environment and in a loving foster or forever home.
Bounty has a coat with undercoat and needs either human company or other dog pals due to her separation anxiety.
She could cope in an apartment environment but regular walks or use of an artificial grass patch are suggested for optimal health outcomes.
Bounty weighs in at 33kgs.
Suit Home Based Worker or Doggie Pal: Unable to cope alone and has shown signs of separation anxiety. Needs human company or other dog pals.
Apartment Friendly: Could cope in an apartment environment. Regular walks or use of an artificial grass patch is suggested.
Adoption details
DoggieRescue is a charitable organisation and as such we rely very much on volunteers to manage our adoptions. We answer initial adoption enquiries by email or phone and then arrange an appointment for you to meet some of our rescue dogs.
At DoggieRescue we believe our dogs deserve to find that special someone who will love them and look after them forever. We know that there are homes out there that are willing to accommodate one more little member of the family and dedicate time to their well being.
