Posy and Cookie

These two gorgeous bunny girls couldn’t be more different in appearance if they tried - Posy so sleek and velvety black and Cookie with her caramel cashmere fluff.

Posy and Cookie are looking for a home together because they are the absolute best of friends and rarely spend any time apart (which comes in handy for Posy in the colder weather when she gets to snuggle under Cookie’s beautiful fur!).

When they came into care with FFAR they were both very nervous and shy with people but in the past few months they have settled down a lot and are now much more comfortable around people. Like most bunnies, they don’t like being picked up but are happy to be patted, and Posy (who is the most confident of the two) will hop onto your lap to eat a treat. They are curious little sticky beaks and like to spend their time exploring their surroundings, snacking on hay or grass or flopping down for a snooze.

They are looking for a quiet home with adults who understand that they will need a bit of time to settle further. They have been used to living inside and will need a home where they have a comfortable space to live inside to protect them from the elements. They use their litter box very well and are used to sharing their house with cats so should be fine with a bunny-friendly feline. They would also need a regular brush, especially Cookie with her longer fur!
