Gustav

Gustav is a stunning rescued Nanday Parakeet that will turn heads with his exquisite fluro green feathers, black wig and red sock! He is gentle and loves bonding with his experienced parrot parent. He enjoys taking daily baths, dancing to hip-hop music, and sitting on a shoulder once he trusts you. Although he can be shy at first, Gustav looks forward to flying around the home or secured garden once his wings have grown.

In addition to fresh chop and occasional nuts and fruits, Gustav requires a high-quality pellet for optimal health. Additionally, like all parrots, he needs 12 hours of undisturbed sleep, flight time for exercise and environmental enrichment, and plenty of love and attention from his adopter. Finally, please remember that Nanday parrots have strong beaks and are unsuitable for inexperienced parents or those living in apartments due to their screams.
