About Narissa - Located in Eltham
Well, hey there, fabulous humans! Narissa here, the purrfect blend of sugar, spice, and everything nice! Let me tell you, life is just a big ol' playground, and I'm the star player. You want fun? You want laughter? You want a furry friend who's always down for a good time? Well, look no further, because I'm your girl!
Picture this: me, bounding around with my siblings, causing chaos and spreading joy wherever we go. Oh, the adventures we've had! From epic games of hide-and-seek to daring acrobatics off the furniture, there's never a dull moment when I'm around. I'm like the CEO of Fun, and business is booming, baby!
But don't get me wrong, I'm not all about the crazy antics. Nope, I've got a softer side too. When it's time to unwind, I'll cozy up on your lap or snuggle up beside you like a pro. I'm all about that quality cuddle time, folks. And hey, if you need a break from the chaos of the world, I'm more than happy to keep you company. I'm basically a one-cat therapy session, available 24/7.
Oh, and did I mention I'm a social butterfly? Yep, I get along with humans like a catnip addict at a toy store. And as for other cats? Well, let's just say I've never met a furball I didn't like.
So, if you're ready to add a little spice to your life and a whole lot of laughter, then what are you waiting for? Narissa's here to make every day feel like a party. Let's get this paw-ty started, baby! 🎉😺

WORLDWIDE CAT VACCINE SHORTAGE
There is currently a worldwide shortage of cat vaccines and supplies are unlikely to be replenished until early 2024. This is due to complicated supply problems post-COVID. Our vets have limited, and in some cases no supplies available, but are prioritising kittens and previously unvaccinated Cats wherever possible.
Kittens are at the highest risk as their level of protection is very low after the initial protection provided by the mother’s antibodies. While protection will wane a little over time, a delay up to three months is unlikely to result in a significant reduction in levels of protection. It is anticipated that clinics should have regular supplies early in the new year to bring your cat back up to date.
First Vaccination completed
We will try to provide at least 1 vaccination, depending on our supplies of vaccines available, however boosters may become overdue. In this case it is your responsibility to contact your vet as soon as supplies become available. We will not be re-imbursing any of this costs.
We require all cats and kittens to be indoors only and not allowed outside. This is especially important now as there is a risk of coming into contact with unknown cats who may not be vaccinated.
No Vaccination completed
Where we are unable to provide any vaccination during their time in care with us, please contact us on 0459779888 or via email to samantha@neko.org.au, and we will arrange for one vaccination to be done at one of our partnering clinics as soon as supplies are available. Boosters after this will be your responsibility.
Please note that should you choose to utilise your own clinic, we will not be re-imbursing any costs. This is your responsibility.
