About Marley
Hi there! My name is Marley, and I'm a fun-loving 1-year-old female Maremma. I'm here to tell you a little bit about myself and why I would make the perfect addition to your family.
First things first, I'm full of beans! I absolutely love to play and have a great time with foster siblings, a large male Maremma and a very mischievous male Border Collie. Whether it's chasing a ball, playing tug-of-war, or going for a run and pounce, I'm always up for some fun and adventure.
I know my name and how to come when called. I can sit, stay and wait patiently for my turn for dinner. I am fully toilet trained and once inside for the night with my foster siblings, I will wait till morning to go out to go to the toilet. I am pretty good at walking using a leash but will need practice in a new area with many distractions.
When you first meet me, I might be a bit shy, but it won’t take long for my playful side to shine through. I absolutely adore my foster siblings. Cats? Oh, they’re purrfect pals in my book, and I’d love nothing more than to cosy up with one or even two. And let’s not forget about sheep – something about their gentle nature really speaks to me. I am still learning how to help my sheep friends stay where they need to, but I am learning quickly how to protect them from strangers of the furry or people kind. I am not a fan of car rides or chew toys, but my Foster Mum says I’m a bit of a smooch... I do love having cuddles and belly rubs, and I give pretty great puppy kisses, even if I do say so myself!
My foster mum says I have made such amazing progress while in foster care, but I can still find the wider world and new people scary at times. I will need a family who will take the time to gain my trust and continue to work with me to build my confidence. My ideal family would already have some doggy siblings. A family with older children would be preferred, as my size and height can be intimidating.
If this sounds like your family, then complete the adoption form now!
Can't wait to hear from you, love and licks, Marley x

Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
