Bruno is a hunky middle-aged gent looking for his own forever love. He found himself alone and unwanted in a rural pound in a very sorry state with time running out. One glance at his defeated face and the LVCR team knew they couldn't leave him behind.
Bruno may look big and burly but is really a genuine softie. He absolutely lives for chin and cheek scratches and even enjoys a full body brush, including his belly! Bruno will approach and gently rest his forehead against your leg when he needs some loving, which is often. He really is a chilled-out guy that loves his food, relaxed when being picked up and will tolerate a whole spa session (baby wipe bath, ear clean, eye clean and nail trim). Bruno has no interest in toys but loves his cat scratcher and is definitely not a midnight zoomer or curtain climber, making him very suitable for apartment living. He is quite the talker and is always excited to see his people arrive home. Bruno is tolerant of dogs (but really has no use for them in his life) and has not met a person yet he can't convince to give him a chin/cheek scratch for a rewarding lick or two.
Bruno has had multiple surgeries while getting ready for adoption and has been the perfect patient for his foster family and the veterinary staff, he has never complained but accepts that all is being done to make his life better.
Bruno is FIV positive and therefore looking for a home as an INDOOR ONLY kitty that does not have to share his life with other cats.
