Rastus would thrive in many home environments. He is a laid back guy who enjoys walks, couch time, and anyone who brings the pats. Rastus had spent a little time living in a house and is house trained and a good boy inside.

Rastus likes going after toys, playing chasey, and being a goose. However, he likes to spend a lot of his time just chilling out. He enjoys going on walks and exploring new scents, and though he walks pretty well on lead, if he sees kitties or bunnies, he needs a strong handler!

Rastus is incredibly sweet-natured and gets along well with all the people he has met. He is eager to get all the treats and would thrive with positive reinforcement training to help him learn new tricks.

Note that Rastus, as a purebred greyhound, is legally required to be muzzled in public places and on lead. Rastus' new owner could apply for a muzzle exemption at their expense.
