Get ready to fall in love with the sweet and lovable Snowflake (nicknamed Snowy)! This affectionate Ragdoll is a special cat searching for a special family who can shower her with all the love and care she deserves.
Snowflake is a laidback, lazy, affectionate, intelligent, loving, social, and sweet cat! She would make the purrrfect companion to a loving family!
Snowflake is graced with a friendly demeanor and a happy spirit that remains unwavering despite her past. Snowflake is known for her loving personality and her playful antics that are sure to bring a smile to your face every day. She does act more like a senior cat, she tends to spend a lot of her time napping and being near her humans. She enjoys watching tv with her humans, and also cat tv videos on YouTube. She is very easygoing, calm and gentle.

Snowflake is very friendly with visitors and when meeting new people. She's socialised well with other feline friends, but Snowflake prefers to be the only pet in the family. She's seeking a home where she can be the star of the show, loved and lavished with attention. She'll reward your love with purrs, cuddles, and lots of joy.
Snowflake is unfazed my new situations, she's happy to travel in a carrier, in the car, to different places and meeting different people. She's very content and carefree.
FOOD:
It's important to Snowflake to have a consistent diet that consists of raw cat mince and tikicat baby sachets, fed three to four times a day. She's not a fan and unable to eat other types of wet or dry food, but she absolutely enjoys her favourite meals. You won't find this picky eater sniffing around the food bowl or trying to eat your food - she knows what she likes!
IDEAL HOME:
Snowflake is very special to us, she is a very cute, loving and sweet cat. She absolutely adores human company and can't wait to give lots of love to her favourite people. She's more than ready to form a strong bond with her new family and bring boundless joy and love into your home. Like many ragdolls, she is an indoor only cat, she will get lost or hurt herself if she is left alone outdoors. She would happily live in an apartment/home with a single person, couple or family with older children. She would not be suited to younger kids, as she can get grumpy when being handled too much. Also, possibly due to her trauma, she is very prone to accidentally being stepped, squished and has very slow reflexes. So she will need a family that is mindful of this and can ensure she is safe.
Rescue Story: In 2022, we rescued Snowflake from a breeder who horribly neglected and abused her. Snowflake was so badly neglected that she had developed various physical & mental problems (Most of which we have since treated).
Her previous owners were about to have her euthanised, but luckily we were able to save her! When we first rescued her, due to living in a small cage, Snowflake initially was unable to move properly, walk or eat. Sadly because had never known love, she didn't know how to play with toys or have any fun. Thanks to lot's of TLC from her very loving foster carers and some help from her cat-friends, Snowflake can now run, jump, play and climb!

Medical notes
Snowflake has had all initial vet work completed including desexing, vaccinations, parasite treatments, blood tests, health & dental examinations and FIV/FeLV tests at Concord Veterinary Hospital.
In 2022 - she underwent FIP treatment (with SASH and Concord Vet Hospital), which has now been cured.

We are a small not for profit, no kill, animal rescue charity. 100% of the adoption donation goes towards the vet and care costs of that animal.
Adoption Pack:
All adopters will receive an adoption care pack that is tailored to the particular animal. This pack will include essentials and the animal’s favourite items (e.g. food, bedding, treats, toys, etc.) The adoption pack will also include a personalised pet care guide.
