About Niko
Niko is a sweet active boy. He is looking for an active sporty family where he can join in.
Being a teenager he can be a bit mouthy and a bit jumpy and just needs some basic training. He focuses well on treats, sits on command and is easy to train.
Niko walks reasonably well on lead and loves a jog. He can bark at some dogs going past but ignores cars.
He loves to sit down and have a cuddle. He has a beautiful velvety short coat and weighs 19.5kg.
Garden: Needs a home that has more space as well as a garden for exercise and regular walks outside.
Suit Part Time Worker: Copes alone for short periods, with training possibly longer but presently does need someone home part of the time.

DoggieRescue is a charitable organisation and as such we rely very much on volunteers to manage our adoptions. We answer initial adoption enquiries by email or phone and then arrange an appointment for you to meet some of our rescue dogs.
At DoggieRescue we believe our dogs deserve to find that special someone who will love them and look after them forever. We know that there are homes out there that are willing to accommodate one more little member of the family and dedicate time to their well being.
