About Theo, Eugene, Daniel, George & James
Introducing a friendly herd of Red Angus steers - Theo, Eugene, Daniel, George, and James. This lovely herd is looking for a wonderful home to graze, grow and be cared for. Theo, the eldest of the herd, is two years old, while the rest of the crew, Eugene, Daniel, George, and James, are all just under one year of age. Theo has recently been castrated.
Being Red Angus breed, they all have a calm and docile temperament making them the perfect family companions.
Having been raised in a herd environment, these youngsters are highly social and get along well together. They all share a quiet nature and will come to you for their favourite hay treats. Over time, these gentle souls have the potential to become more confident and trusting around humans, given the right amount of patience and interaction. They currently allow you to get pretty close and with a little dedication, they will soon warm up to friendly pats.
The herd is polled, which means they do not grow horns.
Eugene, in particular, stands out as having more confidence with humans than his buddies, due to his first of life month being hand raised. His easygoing nature and friendly nature make him a crowd favorite but also of an example of a bond that can be created with love, patience and daily interactions.
In summary, as their previous caretaker lovingly described, this herd is a "really nice quiet group of little cuties."
Please note that while the owner is able to assist with transportation arrangements, the adoption donation for this delightful group of steers will be determined upon successful adoption application.
