About Bernadette & Howard
Bernadette and Howard came from the pound together. They are super friendly fun loving dogs.
Our trainer says "Beautiful friendly dogs who are very sweet with kids. Both seek out company and cope really well with kid play and energy. Lovely family dogs."
Bernadette is very anxious and will try and climb fences to find humans, so home-based workers are important. Bernadette weighs 26kg and Howard is 21kg. They both have smooth coats.
Garden: Needs a home that has more space as well as a garden for exercise and regular walks outside.
Good with Kids: Shown to be good with kids in the controlled environment of the Shelter.
Suit Home Based Person: Unable to cope alone and has shown signs of separation anxiety. Needs human company.

DoggieRescue is a charitable organisation and as such we rely very much on volunteers to manage our adoptions. We answer initial adoption enquiries by email or phone and then arrange an appointment for you to meet some of our rescue dogs.
At DoggieRescue we believe our dogs deserve to find that special someone who will love them and look after them forever. We know that there are homes out there that are willing to accommodate one more little member of the family and dedicate time to their well being.
