About Michael
URGENT FOSTER CARE OR ADOPTION NEEDED 🙏🙏🙏
Meet Magic Michael, a resilient feline with a heartwarming story of survival and hope. Michael's journey began with a twist of fate as he was rescued by a couple who, unfortunately, had a change of heart and considered returning him to the streets. That was after they kept him in dirty pet playpen in a dark detached office for several weeks. Determined not to let him face the harsh realities of outdoor life again, we stepped in to provide him with the care and love he so desperately needed.
Michael's past was marked by adversity – he emerged from the streets, thin, dirty, and frightened, bearing the physical and emotional scars of a difficult life. Despite his hardships, his sweet and friendly nature suggests that he was once someone's cherished companion. The visible testament to his struggles is the Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV), a manageable health issue that doesn't diminish his capacity for love.
This resilient boy, lovingly nicknamed Magic Michael, is a delight to be around. His fondness for food is matched only by his affection for people, especially children. With chubby cheeks that beckon to be gently squeezed, Michael's endearing personality shines through. While he happily interacts with younger cats, he prefers a home without adult male cats, no doubt a byproduct of his struggles on the street.
Michael exudes a calm demeanor, making him an ideal companion. His inclination to follow you around, seeking chin scratches and head pats, is a testament to his longing for human connection. This charming cat, with his past hardships, truly deserves a loving home where he can find solace and companionship.
If you're considering cat adoption, we implore you to open your heart to Magic Michael. By providing him with the love and care he deserves, you can be a beacon of hope in his journey toward a brighter, happier future.
Thank you for considering this special feline friend as a new addition to your home.

Adoption details
Before Adoption:
Before adopting a new pet, ensure all family members understand that a pet is an emotional and financial commitment that you need to be prepared to love, house and keep safe for the next 15 to 20 years. This means premium nutrition, preventative health care, regular veterinary check-ups and keeping them inside or only having access to a cat proof area or yard. Pet insurance with accident and illness cover gives you piece of mind knowing your pet can get the veterinary care they may need and you don’t have to worry about if the expense.
We start off by either emailing you our adoption questionnaire or having a chat on the phone to get some details about who you are and what you’re looking for in a feline companion. The next step is to organise a meet and greet. Depending on your location, we bring the feline/s to you or you can come and visit the orphanage. There is usually a 24-hour wait from the meet and greet to collecting your new family member so everyone has a night to think things over and so you have a chance to get your home repaired. If all goes well and everyone is happy, the adoption paperwork is signed and you collect your new family member.
All adoptions are subject to a two-week settling-in period. If for any reason your new addition is not suited to your lifestyle, you are welcome to return them for a full refund of the adoption fee. All adoptions come with an adoption pack that contains all their certificates and paperwork, information on preventative health care, diet, pet insurance and potential toxins/poisons around the home.
