Nina

Nina is a sweet, shy girl who was born in a colony and 9 months later, still a kitten herself, became pregnant. She was taken into care a few weeks before giving birth to 4 beautiful kittens. She has done an amazing job as a mum and is now looking for her forever home.

Nina has come along way from being an unsocialised scared pregnant young cat. She is a sweet and gentle girl and allows pats from her foster parents generally at meal times. She will wander around the house and sit contently and watch the goings on but is still a bit wary and will retreat to her safe place when approached.

Nina loves other cats and being around other kittens and cats has helped with her confidence. She has developed a lovely relationship with another foster mummy, Matilda.

Nina will need a quiet home, no young kids and will need her humans to be patient and allow her to feel safe, gain trust and go at her own pace. She shows the desire to be loved, but just needs to feel safe so in time, we feel she will be a loving cat.

Ideally Nina could be adopted with Matilda or to a home with another friendly cat where she will continue to develop confidence. Nina is not suited as a single cat as she will get bored on her own.
