About Lucy
Meet Lucy! A 1-year-old kelpie mix girl who has been living with her foster family, including a couple of teenagers, 2 resident dogs and a small flock of penned chooks.
Lucy is a happy girl and she has been working hard on her basics commands and will sit for treats, come when called and wait patiently for her dinner .
She can be a little bit timid around new and unknown situations and is looking for a family with lots of love and patience who can help her to build her confidence and continue her training.
A home for Lucy would probably need to have someone at home during the day or resident dogs to keep her company.
Lucy is fun and enthusiastic and gets on well with other dogs but she loves nothing more than a cuddle with her favourite humans. She is looking for a home and a family where she can grow in confidence and become the best dog that she can be.
**Lucy is located in QLD...
Adoption details
To apply to adopt a dog from Dogs4Jobs, you must firstly complete our adoptions application form in full at http://dogs4jobs.com.au/adoption-form/.
You can also write out your answers and email them to dogs@dogs4jobs.com.au
*Please note, due to the high volume of applications received, we will not respond to Petrescue chat messages, or enquiries to adopt a dog. You must complete our adoptions form to be considered for the dog or pup, and we will respond to this form via our email.
We will then request to complete a yard check, or for you to send in photos of your yard showing the fencing, space, shelter and any hazards etc, to confirm it is safe and secure, as well as adequate space for a working breed dog.
Following this, we will then put you in touch with the dog/s foster carer/s that you are interested in, to chat further over the phone, about whether the dog is a good fit for your family, and vice versa. We are searching for the perfect match for each dog and their needs. We offer interstate adoption on all of our dogs.
