About Rocco
Hi, my name is Rocco, or my foster parents like to call me Mr. Rocco. I’m a sweet, affectionate boy, and I love people. I like to play with my toys, and I absolutely love food.
I’m only about 2 years old so I do need to be reminded of my manners sometimes, but I am a fast learner.
I am best suited to a home where I can relax with my human(s). I would enjoy having a playmate. Currently living with border collie and a kelpie. I’m not very good at playing with those tiny dogs. I prefer medium to large dogs
Notes:
⁃ crate trained - spends roughly 6-8 hours a day while we are at work and sleeps majority of the day. Spends time outside when we are home. Loves laying in the sunshine!
⁃ Walks well on a lead

Adoption details
All BTG greyhounds are Desexed, C5 Vaccinated, Wormed & Heart Worm treated prior to adoption.
They have been fostered for a minimum of 8 weeks to allow maximum training and preparation for home life.
A post adoption trial period of 4 weeks is available to help families decide if the greyhound is the right one for them.
We also offer Foster to Adopt options for those who love the idea of teaching a greyhound in their home with the view to adopt it once it has "graduated" to Home Life status. This is a wonderful experience, to watch it blossom in your own home with your guidance and love. An ideal way to make sure this is the perfect dog for you.
