About Luna - 3 Year Old Staffy X
Meet Luna, a beautiful white & brindle, 3.5 year old Staffy X. Luna is a wonderful girl who loves cuddles and belly rubs but is also great at time to herself and is a sucker for an afternoon nap on the couch.
Luna loves her squeaky toy croccy & carries him around with her throughout the house & loves having him with her when she sleeps. Luna loves a good walk, but doesn’t pull and isn’t overly energetic. She enjoys warming herself up outside in the sun & will take any attention that’s given to her.
Luna is a good girl and knows how to sit & shake her paw. She loves to play and would love for someone to take the time to play tug of war with her and her squeaky toys.
She walks well on the lead and doesn’t pull. She responds very well to guidance whilst walking and loves positive reassurance. More training whilst walking her will be very beneficial and someone with experience/can remain calm whilst introducing her to new dogs would be great. Luna will need more training with other dogs as she hasn’t had much experience with them & so far, some dogs she loves & some she doesn’t love so much.
She is toilet trained & knows to do her business outside. She would love a home that will allow her to nap up on the couch, but is also happy to sleep on her own bed inside. Luna loves the cold dog logs, chicken and kibble. She also wont say no to a treat.
The perfect home for Luna will give her access inside and outside as she pleases & will be happy for her to sleep inside (a backyard door with a doggy door would be ideal!) She loves human interaction, so a family that will include her with their activities would be great. She is great at entertaining herself and handles being alone during work hours well, but is always happy to see you and spend time with you once you get home. She is an angel in the car and is happy to lay down during drives. She does like to bury some of her treats in the yard for later, so a family that is happy to train her more in this regard and be patient with her would be great. As she is a bigger girl and sometimes likes to jump to say hello, I would recommend any children be over the age of 12 years.
A home with 6 foot fences, no mesh or wire, no gaps underneath for her to dig out of, a comfy bed for her and some squeaky toys would be fantastic for this beautiful girl.
