About Zoe
Zoe is a very sweet gentle girl. She came from the pound with heartworm and DoggieRescue is committed to seeing the treatment through regardless if she is adopted beforehand.
Our trainer says: "She will make a great family dog. She gets a bit excited and will jump up and can scratch young kids. She is very treat motivated and easy to train. She will sit, drop and shake hands. She suits kids 12+yo." She loves soft toys. She has a smooth coat and weighs 15kg.
Good with Kids: Shown to be good with kids in the controlled environment of the Shelter.
Garden: Needs a home that has more space as well as a garden for exercise and regular walks outside.
Suit Part Time Worker: Copes alone for short periods, with training possibly longer but presently does need someone home part of the time
Adoption details
DoggieRescue is a charitable organisation and as such we rely very much on volunteers to manage our adoptions. We answer initial adoption enquiries by email or phone and then arrange an appointment for you to meet some of our rescue dogs.
At DoggieRescue we believe our dogs deserve to find that special someone who will love them and look after them forever. We know that there are homes out there that are willing to accommodate one more little member of the family and dedicate time to their well being.
