About Marlin
Marlin and Dory were found running in fields trying to fend for themselves. Someone found them and brought them to the pound, skinny and frightened. Marlin was only 7.4kg at 16 weeks and Dory was 5.5kg.
Marlin is a gentle calm natured boy who has settled in with other pups. He has put on weight and is looking so much better but has a bit of catch up growing to do.
He loves his puppy milk and eats well. He settles well at night with his sister Dory in their foster home. He is being socialized with other gentle medium sized dogs as well as being around smaller pups. He is very gentle with them.
Marlin is looking for a home where someone is around to care and train him to be a well socialized adult and make him an integral part of their family.
Garden: Needs a home that has more space as well as a garden for exercise and regular walks outside.
Suit Home Based Worker or Doggie Pal: Unable to cope alone and has shown signs of separation anxiety. Needs human company.
Adoption details
DoggieRescue is a charitable organisation and as such we rely very much on volunteers to manage our adoptions. We answer initial adoption enquiries by email or phone and then arrange an appointment for you to meet some of our rescue dogs.
At DoggieRescue we believe our dogs deserve to find that special someone who will love them and look after them forever. We know that there are homes out there that are willing to accommodate one more little member of the family and dedicate time to their well being.
